Jelas2 target utama CC itu player, kan fungsinya "bikin musuh dan diri sendiri ga gerak" jumlah orang yang bisa distop tergantung jumlah spirit dia saat diaktifkan....

- Made the following adjustments to 3rd job skills.

                + Skill cooldown time is now different for each skill level.
                + The targets stats no longer affect the duration time.
          o Camouflage
                + The movement speed increases with each skill level, with at level 5 you move at normal speed.
          o Firing Trap/Icebound Trap
                + Firing Trap now deals fire element damage, and Icebound trap Water element damage.
                + Damage is now influenced by your level of Trap Research.
                + Damage formula is adjusted.
                + Status success rate is increased. (60% ~ 100%)

    * Mechanic
          o Arm Cannon
                + Changed from being a ground target skill to being a targeted skill with an area of effect.
          o Magnetic Field/Neutral Barrier/Stealth Field
                + Skill Cooldown time decreased.
                + Skill SP cost changed (except for Stealth Field).
                      # Magnetic Field - Before: 90-90-90 -> After: 60-70-80
                      # Neutral Barrier - Before: 90-90-90 -> After: 80-90-100
          o Vulcan Arm
                + Changed from dealing single target damage to damaging all enemy's around the target.
          o FAW Silver Sniper/Magic Decoy
                + You can no longer have your cast interrupted while casting a FAW skill.
                + Silver Sniper/Magic Decoy HP greatly increased.
                + Silver Sniper/Magic Decoy duration time increased.
                + Silver Sniper's attack power increased.
          o Dismantle FAW
                + Increased the range of the skill
          o Axe Boomerang
                + Skill reuse time decreased.
                + Skill range increased.
                + Skill damage formula changed.
          o Infrared Scan
                + Skill reuse time decreased.
          o Hovering
                + While hovering your character is no longer affected by Sura's Windmill and a Royal Guard's Moonlight Slasher.

    * Guillotine Cross
          o Venom Impress
                + Venom Impress range increased.
          o Cross Impact
                + The damage of cross impact is now influenced by your base level.

    * Warlock
          o The damage radius of comet slightly decreased.

    * Rune Knight
          o Hundred Spear
                + Range Increased.
                + Skill cooldown time increased.
                + Damage is increased a little.
          o Dragon Howling
                + SP cost reduced.
                + Fear duration time reduced.
                + Skill cooldown time decreased.


    * Shadow Chaser
          o Manhole
                + You cannot place a manhole overlapping an existing manhole.

    * Wanderer & Minstrel
          o Song and chorus skills are split into two groups. Skill effects in one group will not overwrite skill effects in the other group.

kRO Sakray maintenance 15/6/2011

- Castle Investment System 'Hall of Abyss' update is added.

    Please read the 'Hall of Abyss' details for more information (will be added June 15th).
    The investment system will be tested for the first week, and next week the number of regions will be lowered from 5 to 4.
    For the purpose of testing, one castle in each realm will be controlled by the GM team (entrance warps will be removed).

- Applied the following skill balancing.

    [Ranger]
Increased the damage of Arrow storm.
Magenta, Cobalt, Maize and Verdure trap skills now consume point items (Scarlet Point/Indigo Point/Lime Green Point/Yellow Wish Point).
    [Guillotine Cross]
When using poison smoke, your poisoning weapon effect is no longer removed. Additionally, the chance of poison activating is increased.
    [Mechanic]
Power swing damage is increased. Additionally, the axe boomerang chance is increased as well.
The FAW Magic Decoy skill now consumes point items (Scarlet Point/Indigo Point/Lime Green Point/Yellow Wish Point).
Vulcan Arm damage radius is changed to 3 x 3 regardless of skill level used.
Flame launcher's burning chance is adjusted.
The shape change skill now consumes point items (Scarlet Point/Indigo Point/Lime Green Point/Yellow Wish Point).
    [Arch Bishop]
Coluceo Heal's skill cooldown time is now set to 2 seconds.
Lauda Agnus and Lauda Ramus's status effect removal success rate is increased (50%/60%/70%/80%)
Highness Heal's skill cooldown time is now set to 3 seconds regardless of skill level used.
Clearance's buff/debuff removal success rate is increased.
    [Warlock]
When used on yourself, white imprison will always succeed 100% of the time. Additionally, white imprison can no longer be cast on a target already in white imprison.
Recognized Spell is no longer removed by the Sage skill Dispell.

kRO Sakray update 22/6/2011

- The Paradise Group manager NPC now removes quest window entries for the Family month event.
- New guild fort compensation items are added.
- The new guild fort compensation items have their options changed. Additionally, a Dragon/Gryphon/Warg/Mado rental NPC, and Point Merchant are added.
- Added a re-use delay for Yggdrasil seeds and Yggdrasil berries.
- Applied Guillotine Fist and Acid Demonstration skill balancing.
- Added an 'other' tab to the skill window. The other tab will show items not visible on the normal skill window, such as skills given from equipment and plagiarized skills.
- The buffs being removed when mounting/dismounting from a Mado no longer affects cash shop item buffs.
- The number of castles available in each siege region is reduced from 5 to 4. The removed castles are:

    * Prontera: Kriemhild (#1)
    * Aldebaran: Wuerzburg (#4)
    * Payon: Sacred Altar (#2)
    * Geffen: Repherion (#1)

- Corrected a bug where siege limited weapons would retain their effects when leaving siege zones.
- Corrected a bug with the Warlock 'Frost Misty' skill where it would still cause freezing to targets on other sides of walls.
- Corrected a bug where if a homunculus died while under the burning status effect, the status effect icon wouldn't disappear.
- Applied the following 3rd job skill balancing.

    [Guillotine Cross]

        * While under the effect of Hallucination Walk the Guillotine Cross cannot be affected by Vacuum Extreme.

    [Royal Guard]

        * Lowered the damage from Pinpoint Attack.
        * Adjusted the duration and reflect rate of Shield Spell Lv 1's reflect option.
        * Adjusted the shield break chance of Earth Drive.
        * The experience cost of using Inspiration is set to 1%. Additionally, if you don't have 1% experience, inspiration won't activate.

    [Sura]

        * Lightning Ride: Skill reuse delay is adjusted. Changed from 0.2s to 1 second.
        * Pressure Point: Cure: Now uses a number of spheres based on skill level. Also, the skill can no longer remove Guillotine Cross poisons, Freezing, and Burning status effects.
        * Pressure Point: Convert: Fixed cast time changed to 1s, and skill cooldown time changes based on the skill level.
        * Pressure Point: Energy Gain: Fixed cast time changed to 1s, and skill cooldown time changes based on the skill level.

    [Shadow Chaser]

        * Reproduce: Reproduce skill use SP cost is double.
        * Shadow Form: Can now be canceled with detecting skills.
        * Invisibility: The skill effect no longer cancels even if you receive damage. Skill cooldown time changed.
        * Deadly Infect: The spread chance is changed from 100% fixed to being different for each skill level.
        * Maelstrom: Corrected an issue related to the SP received through the skill.

    [Wanderer/Maestro]

        * Harmonize: The user and target's status weighting is changed to decrease the same.
        * Severe Rainstorm: Damage varies based on skill level, but the duration of the skill is now the same for all levels.
        * Gloomy: Can be used on anyone in siege and PVP maps, but can only be used on party members on other maps.

    [Genetic]

        * Fire expansion: Level 1 and 2 damage increased. Level 4's HP loss is changed.
        * Hell's Plant: Adjusted the damage formula and weighting from INT.

aslinya kan efek TGK emang kek gt, 50% max hp dgn mengorbankan 50% Mdef dan def fisik

Gomen kalo jarang update, mungkin saya spoil update kRO yang agak penting Tongue Tongue

- Nerfed howling of mandragora, bisa 100% immune dengan (vit+luk) = 150
- Dragon Breath changes, kini fire resistance seperti valk shield dan cranial berpengaruh pada dragon breath. As exchange, Hydra/Archer skeleton juga berpengaruh pada Dragon Breath
- Nerfed Wall Thorn, sub hit dikurangi di area pvp/woe
- Nerfed Hell's plant, tidak bisa stack hell plant di cell yang sama..
- Nerfed Knuckle Arrow, damage knockback tidak berfungsi terhadap boss
- Nerfed Gentle touchs, bonus atk change dan bonus HP revitalize dikurangi
