met pagi .apa bener klo sering sauna sesudah fitness membantu cutting edge
sauna setelah melakukan weight training dapat membantu pembakaran lemak lebih baik, tapi tidak usah terlalu sering.. cukup 2-3x dalam 1 minggu aja. yang penting nutrisi dari makanan harus terpenuhi.  ;)6

ya kopi setau saya gk nambah stamina deh. ilangin kantuk itu juga bagi yg jarang ngopi OK, bagi yg dah kecanduan kopi dah gak ngaruh tuh, ada juga bikin bolak balek ke WC tuh kelar ngopi.. mending minum jamu gendong.. ato minum juice.. ya kalo kurang masukkan dari saya, harap2 kk2 yg laen bisa beri masukan tambahan juga. thx. ;)6
