... hmm... customer yang mau membeli 3DS harus membaca artikel ini.... terutama bagi yg benar2x mau menggunakannya untuk game ori.... bahkan bagi ortu yg ingin membelikan anaknya 3DS.

beberapa flaw dan DRM yg ada :

- wifi 3DS menyala dan otomatis terhubung ke server nintendo untuk auto update jika ada. Auto update ini jalan secara background dan tidak bisa dihentikan.
Pengubahan firmware / hardware akan menyebabkan 3DS tidak dapat dimainkan.

- Nintendo memiliki hak atas apa yg kamu buat di 3DS, pada 3DS terdapat fitur kamera untuk ambil foto dan merekam, foto yg diambil dan video yg direkam otomatis menjadi milik Nintendo, dan mereka bisa menggunakannya tanpa peduli protes dari yg punya 3DS.
3DS memiliki sistem untuk mencatat semua aktifitas pada 3DS, ketika menyalakan wifi maka 3DS akan mengirimkan info2x tersebut ke server..... ( dan sekali lagi pencegahan = no no )

- dan tampaknya handheld ini bukan untuk anak kecil.... terus terang bagaimana caranya mencegah anak kecil untuk mengambil foto / menggunakan fitur lain pada 3DS... memberi tahu mereka bahwa foto yg mereka ambil dapat disebar secara sepihak oleh nintendo ? Anak kecil tidak mengerti DRM / copyright.
Lalu jika tidak cocok untuk anak kecil... mengapa mereka menjadi target pemasaran ?
